Guatemala is steeped in Mayan culture and tradition.  Many of the rural areas are extremely remote and many never have the benefit of medical care. 

SIERRA LEONE

Sierra Leone is still learning to live in a post war society.  Many of its men were permanently disabled and unable to work, many of its children were left as orphans and much of its infrastructure lies in ruin.
