Sierra Leone is a country still reeling from a long civil war.  From a ruined infrastructure to orphans, from few roads to a generation of former breadwinners unable to work, Sierra Leoneans struggle every day just to eat a meal.  Medical care is so needed but most of all, providing medical care opens doors for us to share the love of Jesus in a real and tangible way.
